The legal name of your LLC or Inc. It can't include peptide (or any variation of it), pharma, bio, labs, compounds or amino. A DBA can.

Federal Tax ID. Sole proprietors can leave this blank.

Compliance depends on the compounds you sell and your volume. We'll go over it with you on setup.

3 Owners with 10% or more

List every person who owns 10% or more of the business. You'll upload each owner's ID and personal bank statements on the next step. Don't enter Social Security numbers.

4 Credit and card processing

600 or higher is needed unless you process $50,000 or more a month.
