What are my two processing options?
Card to crypto pays you in stablecoins in about 15 minutes for $100 a month plus 4%. Standard processing takes all cards through a domestic bank provider and pays by ACH in 1–4 days for a $500 setup fee, $250 a month and 8%.
Which option should I choose?
Choose standard processing if you want the most user-friendly checkout and bank payouts, and you can meet its requirements. Choose card to crypto if you want the fastest payouts and lowest cost, or if you're MATCH listed. Not sure? Book a consult.
Can I use both?
Yes. All standard merchants keep card to crypto as an option and backup.
Do you work with high-risk RUO companies?
Yes. That's who we built BBWholesale for. Research use only (RUO) businesses are often declined or dropped by traditional processors.
I've been declined or shut down by another processor. Can I still apply?
Yes, you can apply. MATCH-listed merchants can use card to crypto, but not standard processing. Book a consult and tell us about your business.
Do you hold rolling reserves or require monthly minimums?
No. Neither option has a rolling reserve or a minimum monthly transaction amount.
How fast is approval?
Card to crypto approval happens the same day. Standard processing takes 1–2 business days and requires a credit check and business information.
How fast do I receive my funds?
Card to crypto pays in about 15 minutes. Standard processing pays by ACH in 1–4 days.
Are there rules about my business name?
For standard processing, your legal LLC or Inc name can't include peptides, compounds or amino. A DBA with those words is OK. Card to crypto has no such rule.
Do I still get member services?
Yes. All member services still exist on both options, including wholesale pricing, 3PL and dropshipping, and compliance updates. See membership benefits.
Does it work with my website?
For card to crypto, use our WooCommerce plugin or custom website APIs. For standard processing, book a consult and we'll walk you through it.
How do I reach support?
Our team is easy to reach. Merchants get direct access to support for setup, integration and account questions.
