Once you have received your products there’s a 90-day time frame for you to thoroughly inspect all your products. This gives you enough time to go through all the products and ensure they align with your expectations.
Condition
Unfortunately, physically damaged items can not be returned that are; broken, harmed, or are no longer in good condition. Our goal is to deliver products in good form. We are unable to accept returns for items that are damaged. If you receive such items, please contact our customer support team, they work 24/7 to address all the issues and find a suitable solution.

Feel free to contact our customer service team and they will register the missing items. Disputes may additionally take up to 72 hours or longer to remedy, depending on the situation. We monitor the dispatch system closely. We encourage you to submit evidence such as photos and videos of unboxing the parcels.

Return Procedures
